The theatrical department at PBS Distribution offers audiences and educators the highest quality documentary and narrative films through custom-built theatrical, non-theatrical, and awards campaigns including the Academy Award® nominated documentary ABACUS: SMALL ENOUGH TO JAIL, directed by Steve James; critical darling and audience favorite DOLORES, directed by Peter Bratt; and FOR SAMA, directed by Waad al-Kateab and Edward Watts, awarded the Prix L’Œil d’Or for Best Documentary at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival.
